Kick-Box Fit (Mixed Classes)

What Is Kick-Box Fit?

Kick-Box Fit is a mixture of Kick Boxing and Tae Kwon Do and combines elements of boxing and karate as well. Combining hand and arm strikes, high and low kicks, and defensive moves, it tones and strengthens the legs and upper body, giving you a complete workout – as well as helping to reduce stress levels and building self-confidence.

Do I Need To Be A Member?

No you don’t need to be a member of the club to take part just turn up for your first FREE session and on your second visit you will be given an Eclipse Fitness swipe card for further visits.

– First Session FREE
– £2 Enrolment fee per year
– £5 per session (Evening Classes) £7 per session (Day Classes)

We do offer monthly subscriptions which can work out to as little as £2 per session!

Kickboxing & Jiu Jitsu members who pay on a monthly basis get KICK-BOX FIT for FREE!
