Free Weights: There is a comprehensive range of Olympic plate loading machines (Hammer Strength) and barbells and dumbells.

Kick Box Fit: Our Martial Arts room can accommodate up to 80 people.

Refreshment: How about us making you a protein shake for after your workout.

Changing Rooms: Both the Men and Ladies changing rooms have ample locker space. There are showers and saunas in both changing rooms plus hair dryers. Lockers use a single £1 coin which is returnable.
